YOUR DATA
Privacy Policy
What Fig & Fiber stores, what stays private, and what public artist pages show. Last updated November 2026.
Your account
You can sign in with Google or an email and password. We store the basics needed to run your account — your email and a display identifier — and nothing more than the service requires.
Your projects and fabric stash
Saved projects, uploaded templates, color assignments, notes and fabric swatches are private to your account. Only you can view them, and images are stored in your own private storage folder.
Reference photos you use for photo color matching are used in your browser only and are not kept after you leave the page. Pattern images behind client review links are also never exposed publicly.
Client review links
When you send a client a review link, it contains an unguessable token. Anyone with the link can respond to the review, but only sees the watermarked, reduced-resolution proof and the fabric colors and names you chose — never your original pattern images or your other projects.
Public artist pages
If you publish an Artist Pro portfolio, your display name, bio, artwork images, prices and chosen contact information become publicly visible at your artist link. Everything else in your account stays private. Unpublishing removes the page; deleting an artwork removes its image.
Payments
Membership payments are processed by our payment provider; your card details go to them and are never stored by the studio. We keep a record of your subscription status so the right features stay available to you.
The studio does not process sales between artists and buyers — artists arrange payment and shipping personally with their clients, so buyer payment details never pass through the studio.
Community and inquiries
Community submissions are stored privately until approved.
Your choices
You can delete saved projects, swatches, community posts and portfolio artwork at any time. To delete your account, contact us and we will remove your account and its stored content.
